• (a) Needs to run in order to control the party. And those party bookings and stays and rallies and cap sales. Trump 2022/24/26/28/30 etc. have all been trademarked. Whole lotta Trumpin’ goin’ on.
• (b) Needs to run in order to hold that ‘Stay out of jail-as-an-announced-political-candidate’ card. Giuliani and Hannity both say it will work. Tax return strategy worked!!
• (c) Needs to run in order to collect campaign funds. Watch for xPOTUS to Grahamatize his plight on Fox & Friends at least once a week. There’s still money in those rubes.
• (d) Needs to run in order to collect PAC funds. And, due to some fairly loose rules, them’s some good grifting. After all, somebody needs to pay the rent … and $400M in vig coming due.
• (e) Needs to run so that shell money keeps Trump Org. afloat. As long as there’s an endgame to game, the Russ will think there’s still value in holding back their DJT kompromat awhile longer.
